Your onboarding check-list

Our goal at Manaos is to make your transition to our platform as painless as possible. To do so, we designed 3 simple steps for your onboarding journey.

  1. Get to know us: Book a demo with our sales teams to understand how our products fit with your needs. We will discuss product fit, platform security, legal questions. We can set up a free trial during this period to help you test our solution.
  2. Get set up: Our CSM team will set up your account and users on our platform. We will provide initial training & ensure all technical flows are up and running.
  3. Get going: Once your account is set up you will have full access to our support team (support@manaos.com) to answer any questions you may have. The team will also provide you with feature & product updates that may impact you.
