The Collection App Dashboard helps you efficiently manage and track portfolio access, inventory collection, and access requests.
Key Features & Navigation:
(1) Portfolio indicator: get a quick look at the Portfolio ID, Net Asset Value (NAV) date of the portfolios you uploaded on Manaos, as well as the organization that provided the portfolio.
(2) Centralized Dashboard: allowing you to closely manage all actions on one dashboard
- Inventories to collect : Track which inventories still need to be collected from asset managers.
- Access requests: Monitor the status of all access requests.
- My files: Audit trail of every file uploaded on Manaos
(3) Share Class Management & Filtering which allows you to classify your inventories based on:
- Status: Collected, Authorized, Not Authorized, or Not Received.
- Asset Manager: Filter inventories by asset manager.
- Provider Organization: Identify which organization supplied the inventory.
- Quality Level: Categorize inventories as Basic, Basic+, Regulatory, S2, or S2 SCR.
