Every Organisation on the Manaos platform can manage access to the platform and to their private files.
User Accounts :
A single Organisation Manager delivers access rights to people in their Organisation, ensuring only the correct users are interacting on the platform.
Files & Data :
All files belonging to an Organisation are encrypted with their own key, therefore unreadable outside their Organisation.
When they receive an Access Request from another Organisation, and they accept it, their requested files are decrypted then re-encrypted using the receiving Organisation Key, who now has their own encrypted file.
This process also ensures that any file received via the sharing mechanism stays encrypted and accessible only to their Organisation, even if the sharing Organisation deletes the file.
